Hot forging

Since 1960, we have been dealing with hot forging and mechanical processing for the production of metal alloy components. We are able to design the molds and equipment with which we produce the components and direct the processes based on the specific needs of the project.

We have all the necessary tools for forging non-ferrous alloys, cutting and heating billets. Our production and qualified staff are able to process approximately 7,000 tons of brass per year.

Through forging flow simulation software we optimize the process as best as possible and reduce mold setup interventions to a minimum.

We can supply a range of products ranging from a few grams to over 10 kg.
