OUTSOURCING PROCESSES

To provide complete services, we collaborate with high-level partners on whom we rely to carry out specific processes and secondary operations on the product.

POLISHING

Technique that allows you to eliminate surface imperfections and make the product aesthetically flawless.

COVERING

Galvanic and chemical coatings are applied to give the product greater resistance to wear and premature oxidation, or for aesthetic reasons.

HEAT TREATMENTS

This process can be performed on the product with a controlled method; allows you to modify the structure of the metal to optimize some characteristics, including resistance to oxidation or the migration of some alloying elements.

MERGER

Process in which the metal is made liquid and allows obtaining geometries that would otherwise not be achievable with hot forging. This is followed by mechanical processing with an air tightness test performed.

STEEL FORGING

A process that allows the hot plastic deformation of a billet to obtain a specific geometry.

WELDING AND BRAZING

They are processes used to assemble 2 or more parts; they can be performed with an oven, flame, laser or induction. Following these processes, cleaning with pickling may be necessary.
